We have a team. It’s not just one person processing the short sale. If you are working with a solo agent they may be able to keep up with all the tasks in a timely fashion. We have a team of five agents and processors that work to process your short sale. We’re here for you when things get tough. If things get difficult and time consuming, we will be able to push the process through to give you full service.
We don’t farm out our short sales
We actually do the work ourselves. There are an increasing number of agents that are jumping of short sale bandwagon. A lot of them don’t know how to process a short sale so they’re hiring a third party service. This third party services that process short sales are popping up all over the Internet like mushrooms. Many charge an upfront fee either to you or to the agent and they have no incentive to finish the short sale after they’ve already receive their money. So so much for their motivation.
No Upfront Fees
Finally, we charge no upfront fees for our real estate services. We don’t get paid unless your short sale closes and our commissions are paid out of the proceeds of the sale at the end of the escrow. We don’t charge you upfront fees to list the property and for all the services that we do, unlike many of the other people that do short sales. Jeff Reyes has been a REALTOR since 2009. In just six short months from starting his real estate career, he dominated the local internet traffic for short sales and started writing a weekly real estate article for the local newspaper.
